Carolina Estefan ships worldwide. In Colombia please allow 5-6 business days for any order if the item is in stock. For other countries shipping time is 8-12 business days.

Our operation hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (GMT -5). For orders received on Friday after 6 pm, the first business day would be next Monday at 9 am. Same thing refers to orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Orders after 1 pm any weekday, would be processed next business day at 9 am.
Processing Orders Online:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A follow-up email will be sent once your order has been processed and ready to be shipped containing tracking information and receipt.
We accept all credit and debit cards.
You can also choose to pay using PayPal or PayU. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayU site to log in and review the amount shown before clicking PLACE ORDER. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to our website.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand if something went wrong with your order, thus we will be happy to accept returns of unused merchandise in original condition and with all original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order.
All merchandise marked on sale is considered as final sale, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, this applies for all orders made at www.carolinaestefan.com .
Our merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify this as soon as possible to email@example.com .
To process your exchange or return please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, which must include your name, order number and the reason for return.
Please note that a return is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. All returns are processed through our returns department, where they are evaluated based on their discretion and may be declined. We have a No-Refund Policy. If your return request is successful, you will receive a discount code for the total value of the piece returned, which you must apply at the moment of making your new purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note that we do not cover possible costs related to duties, or taxes for international purchases.
