Our operation hours are from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm (GMT -5). For orders received on Friday after 5 pm, the first business day would be next Monday at 10 am. Same thing refers to orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Orders after 1 pm any weekday, would be processed next business day at 10 am.
Processing Orders Online:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A follow-up email will be sent once your order has been processed and ready to be shipped containing tracking information and receipt.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand if something went wrong with your order, thus we will be happy to accept returns of unused merchandise in original condition and with all original tags attached within 10 days of receiving your order.
All merchandise marked on sale is considered as final sale, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, this applies for all orders made at www.carolinaestefan.com .
Our merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify this as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org .
To process your exchange or return please send an email to email@example.com, which must include your name, order number and the reason for return.
Please note that a return is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. All returns are processed through our returns department, where they are evaluated based on their discretion and may be declined. If your return request is successful, you will receive a refund deposited to the same payment method used for the purchase for the total value of the piece returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note that we do not cover possible costs related to duties, or taxes for international purchases.
We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
